If you own or control land near electricity grid infrastructure — farmland, industrial land, estates or brownfield sites — Stratum wants to hear from you. We create significant additional income for landowners without requiring you to fund or manage any development.

What we look for
  • Sites of 15 acres or more — industrial, agricultural or mixed use
  • Proximity to 33kV, 132kV or 400kV electricity grid infrastructure
  • Existing or potential power connections of 10MW or more
  • Planning-amenable locations with industrial, commercial or rural precedent
